🌿 Return & Refund Policy – Autumn’s Secret Garden

At Autumn’s Secret Garden, we take pride in providing beautiful, healthy plants and quality home and garden decor. Due to the nature of our products and shipping process, we have two separate return policies: one for live plants and one for merchandise/home decor items.


🪴 Live Plants – Return & Refund Policy

Because our plants are living things, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns on live plant orders. However, we are committed to making things right if your plant arrives damaged.

🌱 Damaged Plants – 24-Hour Reporting Policy

Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  1. Email us at autumnssecretgarden@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged plant, the packaging, and the shipping label.

  3. Once we review your case, we will work with you on the next steps, which may include a replacement or store credit.

After 24 hours, we cannot offer assistance for damaged plants, so please check your order promptly upon arrival.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns on Plants

Plants are living products that require special care. Once they leave our nursery, their condition depends on factors outside our control (light, temperature, humidity, etc.). For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on live plants.


🏡 Merchandise & Home Decor – Return & Refund Policy

For our non-living products, such as home decor, garden accessories, and merchandise, we gladly offer returns under the following guidelines:

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Process

  1. Email autumnssecretgarden@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Certain collections are marked as Final Sale and are non-returnable.

  • Custom orders or clearance products may also be excluded from returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after the return is received.


🔧 Order Issues & Damaged Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at autumnssecretgarden@gmail.com.

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
