Ordering & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We ship every Monday and Thursday so your plant is never sitting in a box over the weekend. If you order Thursday evening, it ships the following Monday.

We ship every Monday and Thursday. We chose these days deliberately β€” it keeps plants out of distribution centers over the weekend and gets them to you faster. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally due to USDA plant import regulations.

Yes β€” local pickup is available in Port Charlotte, Florida. Just message us after placing your order to arrange a time. It's free and you can inspect your plant before taking it home.

Flat $9.99 on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $65. Simple, no surprises at checkout.

Welcome. We love first-timers. We have beginner-friendly plants and guides written for real people, not botanists. When in doubt, just email us β€” we're actual people who pick up and actually answer.

Every plant ships bareroot β€” we remove it from its pot, wrap the roots in damp moss, and pack it carefully so it travels well. This method actually causes less stress than shipping in a pot. When it arrives, pot it up in fresh aroid mix and give it a few days to settle.

Email us at autumnssecretgarden@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We'll make it right β€” replacement or store credit, your choice. We stand behind every plant we ship.

Both. Each product listing will specify whether it's a cutting or a rooted plant. Rooted plants are ready to pot and grow. Cuttings need to root first β€” great for experienced growers looking for a deal on rarer varieties.

Store Policies

We don't accept returns on live plants β€” once a plant leaves our backyard its care is out of our control. However, if your plant arrives in rough shape that's clearly our fault, we'll make it right. Email us within 24 hours with photos.

Contact us immediately at autumnssecretgarden@gmail.com or call 941-291-9708. We'll work with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it. A delayed plant can usually be recovered β€” we'll walk you through it.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and issue a full refund. Once it ships, we can't cancel but can work with you on next steps.

Yes. We are a Florida Certified Nursery and a USDA Certified Plant Importer (APHIS PPQ 587). Every plant we sell is healthy, legal, and compliant. You can buy with confidence.
